Lean Xtreme is to be an extreme product that will help you to achieve a lean body.  It is a product that can be attractive to men who want to build a more muscular body (if you believe their claims to helping build muscles).  This is marketed as a diet supplement that has a mix of ingredients that can help to burn fat, build muscle and regulate some hormone levels.  When it comes down to it, the product is made to look most attractive to bodybuilders.

There really is not a good enough mix of ingredients in this product to help you lose weight.  One of the few ingredients that could do so (Green Tea) is not included in high enough quantities to bring about many results.  You will lose more weight by cutting down on how much you eat and by upping the amount of exercise you take part in each week. 

So you should not spend the money for Lean Xtreme.  It is more than $37 for a bottle of diet pills.  For people who take the maximum number of pills per day, a bottle would only last for about ½ of each month.  This is too high for a dietary supplement that is not likely to bring you a lean body or one that is to be admired by other body builders and athletic people. 

You should know that there can be some potential side effects when taking this product.  Overall not many serious reactions are reported. However, you should use any diet pill with caution since you do not know how your body will react.  Consult your doctor to make sure a supplement will not interact with any medications you are on or health conditions from which you suffer.

You are told that it is best not to use this product for more than 8 weeks at a time, and in some cases fewer weeks.  They say that it effects testosterone and estrogen levels and can cause an irregular cycle for women using this diet pill.  And of course, if you are trying to conceive a child or are already pregnant, do not try this or any other diet supplement.
