This is a review of the Hoodia Chaser Appetite Suppresant. The product is described as a supplement that “will provide a more potent and effective result than any Hoodia diet pill on the market”, and although this claim is simpler and shorter than most other products using the same ingredients, this review is still quite keen on scrutinizing If indeed this hoodia product does what it is being touted to do.  Hoodia Chaser contains the following ingredients: Hoodia Gordonii (400 mg), probably the most popular diet ingredient being used today, although all companies using this ingredient has failed to provide adequate scientific proof that it even comes close to helping a person lose weight. Garcinia Cambogia Extract (50 mg) contains Hydroxycitric or HCA, which has been proven to contribute to weight loss, although the amount included in the product may not really be enough to promote any actual weight loss, Green Tea (50 mg) is another clinically proven ingredient, although studies have proven that for it to become effective, at least 300 mg per day must be taken, whereas the product only contains 50 mg. The rest of the ingredients come in a proprietary blend that amounts to 100 mg: Protease, Amylase, Cellulase, Lipase, Maltase, Papain, which is used as a meat tenderizer and to aid in digestion, although it is not proven to aid in weight loss, and Bromelain, an anti-inflammatory that not been shown to contribute to weight loss. The Hoodia Chaser website has two guarantees stating that “If you are dissatisfied with Hoodia Chaser for any reason, simply return the unused portion for a refund within 30 days less processing fee, shipping and handling”, while the other says “You may return any unused and unopened item purchased from us for any reason within 90 days of your purchase.” Now consumers can’t decide if it’s 30 or 90 days.  Hoodia Chaser makes use of the marketing efforts of the other Hoodia products, hoping that the hoodia belief will finally pay off.  This review finds Hoodia Chaser is no different from other hoodia products; it just doesn’t work, so don’t buy it.
