I make sure I eat a fruit or a vegetable at least 2 or 3 times a day. This makes me pretty full most of the time as the diet pill I use acts as an appetite suppressant.  This means that whenever I have a craving for a sugary peice of food I simply eat one or two slices as I feel almost full all the time.

One other tip to help you in your diet plan is to start substituting normal snacks and meals for healthier option. This applies to junk food as well. Try and have diet options instead of normal food in any way possible. You can substitute fries with Russian chips which are made of baked potatoes. Try and eat food which isn't fried at all but is rather baked.

runningDo remember though that weight loss won't happen in a week or two. you will have to be persistant in your diet and coupled with your weight loss pill you should see some weight loss after at least 3 weeks of constant use.

Start moving right now

Get moving in your exercising plan as soon as possible. The best way is to have a jog every morning before you go to work. This helps keep you refereshed for the rest of the day as well as helps improve your metabolism rate so that anything you eat over the course of the day will have little retention in your body.
